“VISINE VILLAIN” ROBS WACHOVIA BANK

The FBI Houston Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the “Visine Villain”, a robber with severely bloodshot eyes who robbed the Wachovia Bank at 9511 N. Sam Houston Parkway East yesterday afternoon.

At approximately 1:00 p.m., the lone white male entered the bank and appeared to fill out a deposit slip.  He then proceeded to the teller counter and presented a written demand for all of the large bills in the teller’s drawer.  Fearing that the robber had a weapon, the teller handed over some cash, and the “Visine Villain” left the bank and was last seen headed north on foot.  No weapon was seen and no one was physically hurt.

Witnesses describe the “Visine Villain” as a white male, 35 to 45 years old, 5’9” to 6’3” tall, 170 pounds, with leathery, sun-damaged skin.  His eyes were severely bloodshot.  He was wearing a western style button down shirt, dark jeans, and white sneakers.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000.00 for information leading to the charging and arrest of the “Visine Villain” or any felony suspect.  If you have information regarding this case, please call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
