“RUNNY NOSE ROBBER” GETS CASH AND FLEES FROM BANK

The FBI Houston Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the “Runny Nose Robber”, who never removed his handkerchief from his nose while robbing the Capital One Bank at 8401 Westheimer Road in Houston this morning.

The robber entered the bank at approximately 9:55 a.m., and placed a note on the teller counter. Written on the note was a demand for money and a threat to start shooting if no money was given. As the teller gathered the cash together, “Runny Nose Robber” kept his handkerchief pressed to his nose and mouth. After obtaining the money, he left the bank on foot. No weapon was displayed and no one was physically hurt.

“Runny Nose Robber” is described as a white male, 20-28 years old, 5’07” to 5’08” tall, 150-160 pounds, thin build, fair complexion. He wore a blue bandana on his head, which covered his hair. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and tennis shoes.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000.00 for information leading to the charging and arrest of “Runny Nose Robber” or any felony suspect. If you have information regarding this case, please call the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
